The 2026 NHRA Pro Mod season opened at Gainesville Raceway with an exciting announcement for the series.
During the annual Pro Mod banquet ahead of the legendary Gatornationals, it was revealed that JBS Equipment will join the championship as the new series sponsor, with the category now competing as NHRA Pro Mod presented by Elite Motorsports.
The partnership marks a significant step forward for the series as it enters another season of intense competition featuring the quickest and most powerful doorslammer race cars in professional drag racing.
With a packed schedule ahead and some of the sport’s top drivers ready to battle for the championship, the 2026 season is set to deliver another year of high-level competition on the NHRA stage.
